Refund policy

Any amount paid towards registration, seminars, webinars, or programme fees for Future Leaders Launchpad, Future Leaders Club, or any other offering of Ambition Learning is generally treated as non-refundable once payment is processed, except as may be expressly stated at the time of booking.

In the event a scheduled online or offline session is cancelled or rescheduled by Ambition Learning, participants will be offered an alternative date, an equivalent session, or an adjustment of the amount paid towards a future programme, at the discretion of Ambition Learning.

Requests for cancellation or change of plans by a participant must be communicated to us in writing via email or WhatsApp, and any consideration of such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in line with the terms applicable at the time of registration.

Any approved adjustment, credit, or transfer arising from such a review will be communicated to the participant in writing and processed within a reasonable timeframe through the original mode of payment or an agreed alternative.
