Eligibility: Students aged 13–18
Future Leaders Club (FLC) is a year-long entrepreneurial education programme designed to develop the analytical thinking, decision-making, and leadership capacities of adolescent learners through the systematic study of real-world business enterprises. The programme proceeds through twelve sequential modules, each anchored to a central theme of entrepreneurial development — ranging from self-awareness and problem identification in the early months, through execution, financial literacy, and team leadership in the middle months, to marketing, systems thinking, and personal vision in the concluding months. Each module is studied through four curated case studies of prominent Indian and global enterprises, selected to illustrate the theme through documented business decisions, outcomes, and founder narratives.
Instruction is delivered through a combination of weekly live case-study sessions, in which students examine the strategic choices made by featured entrepreneurs and evaluate alternative courses of action; a daily morning reflection ritual designed to build discipline, self-direction, and consistency of habit; and structured micro-assignments distributed via digital communication channels, which require students to apply concepts from each case study to their own observations, communities, or hypothetical ventures. Student progress is assessed cumulatively across three components — ritual participation, assignment completion, and case-study session performance — culminating in a monthly reflection exercise that consolidates learning and tracks the development of the student’s entrepreneurial self-concept over the course of the programme.
On successful completion of the programme, students will be able to: analyse the structure, strategy, and decision-making processes of real businesses across a range of sectors; articulate the relationship between problem identification, resource allocation, and value creation; apply foundational concepts in finance, sales, marketing, and team leadership to practical scenarios; demonstrate sustained habits of reflection, planning, and self-assessment; and present their own reasoning and conclusions with clarity and confidence in a group setting.
Enrolment is rolling, with each student’s progression through the twelve modules calculated individually from their date of joining. Each programme month carries a fixed theme and a set of four case studies, studied through weekly live sessions, daily reflection, and structured assignments.
